Nyxo Web
- Nyxo Web is free to use within its time, file and capacity limits. Limits can change to keep the service fair.
- A session lasts up to 15 minutes. When it ends, the chat and its files are deleted. Network failures or active tasks can delay cleanup.
- Each person can start one Nyxo Web chat every 12 hours, counted from their first message. This does not apply to Nyxo Code.
- When the service is busy you may wait in line. Idle chats can end early when someone else is waiting.
Nyxo Code and passcodes
- Nyxo Code needs Windows 10 or 11 and Claude Code installed on your PC.
- A passcode works on one PC only. It is locked to the first PC that signs in with it and must not be shared.
- Passcodes only work from Claude Code. Other tools, scripts and direct API calls are refused.
- Each passcode comes with the input and output token allowance of its plan. Usage is subtracted in real time: new input counts as one input token, a cache read as one twentieth, a 5-minute cache write as 1.25 and a 1-hour cache write as 2 input tokens, and output counts against the output allowance. On a monthly plan, everything comes out of one daily allowance at the same rates. When an allowance is used up, requests stop.
- A one-time passcode never expires and works until its allowance is used up. A pay-as-you-go passcode works for 12 months from payment, or until its balance is used up; topping it up adds to the balance. A monthly passcode works for 30 days from payment, and its daily allowance renews at 00:00 UTC. Unused daily allowance does not carry over. Plans cannot be changed after purchase.
- To move a passcode to another PC, contact us. Moves may be limited.
Payments
- Payment is in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) only. Funds sent on another network or to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
- Monthly plans are prepaid for 30 days, not an automatically renewing subscription. Requests resume at 00:00 UTC when the daily allowance resets, unless the passcode has expired.
- Send the exact amount for your plan to the address shown for your order, in one payment. The passcode is created automatically once the payment is confirmed on the network.
- The payment address for an order is valid for 15 minutes, and your plan spot is held for the first 5 minutes. Late payments are handled manually: contact us with your order ID and transaction hash.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us with your order ID or transaction hash.
- A passcode revoked under the usage policy is not refunded.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Nyxo for illegal content, malware, spam, harassment or to harm others.
- Do not try to get around limits, the device lock or the Claude Code check, and do not resell or share access.
- Do not overload, scrape or attack the service.
- We may suspend a chat or passcode that breaks these terms.
Usage policy and strikes
Requests refused by the AI model's safety rules count as strikes against the passcode that sent them. Strikes are counted per passcode over a rolling 24 hours.
11st refusal: a warning. The passcode keeps working.
22nd refusal within 24 hours: the passcode is paused automatically for 1 hour, then works again.
33rd refusal within 24 hours: the passcode is revoked automatically. A revoked passcode is not refunded, and any unused allowance is lost.
- Strikes older than 24 hours no longer count. If a request is refused, change it instead of sending it again.
- In Nyxo Web, if a request is refused under the usage policy, your IP address is kept for 24 hours, so a second refusal can pause access for 1 hour.
Availability and liability
- Nyxo is provided as is, without warranties. It can be paused, changed or stopped at any time.
- To the extent the law allows, Nyxo is not liable for losses from AI output, lost chats or service interruptions.
