About Nyxo and your privacy

Nyxo uses AI providers, along with search, hosting and content services, to run the service. Relevant messages, images, file excerpts or search queries may be sent to those providers to produce a reply. Do not send passwords, keys or other secrets.

• No account or sign-up. A chat is not linked to a name, email or profile.
• Each chat runs in its own isolated workspace for up to 15 minutes.
• The chat and its files are deleted when you close the tab, start a new chat or the session ends. Network failures or active tasks can delay cleanup.
• Original uploads are preserved; supported image copies used for AI viewing may be resized. Upload size limits still apply.
• To keep your work, download files or save the chat as a .zip before it ends.
• A quick human check and a waiting line protect the service when it is busy.
• If a request is refused under the usage policy, your IP address is kept for 24 hours, so a second refusal can pause access for 1 hour.

• The app signs in with a passcode. There is no account or password.
• To lock a passcode to one PC, the app sends a one-way hash of your Windows machine ID and the name of your PC. The ID itself is never sent.
• For each passcode we keep the name you chose, its plan, usage totals, that device hash and PC name, and the IP address and time it was last used.
• If you choose Remember on this PC, the passcode is saved on your PC and encrypted by Windows for your user account.
• Claude Code runs on your PC inside the folder you choose. Your prompts and the file content it reads are sent through Nyxo to the AI provider to produce replies.
• The app connects only to nyxo.space and sends no telemetry.

• Passcodes are paid in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).
• Each order gets its own payment address. We detect the payment on the blockchain automatically and keep the order ID and the transaction hash. These are public on the blockchain.
• Your passcode is shown on the page once the payment is confirmed. We do not need your email or any contact, and we never ask for card, bank or ID details.

Nyxo uses a language cookie and the cookies needed to run your chat session. There are no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

We count visits and app downloads anonymously, without cookies. Each visitor is counted once a day with a code that changes every day, and IP addresses are not stored. We keep only daily totals.

• Delete a web chat at any time by closing the tab or starting a new chat.
• Ask us to move a passcode to a new PC, or to delete the data linked to it.
